Il Chinaldo is an aromatised wine based on our Pinot Nero Riserva Il Nirò and modelled after the traditional Chinato of the bordering Piedmont region. Instead of Nebbiolo, we have used Pinot Noir, one of the typical Oltrepò Pavese grapes. The Chinato wine, whose invention is due to the genius of creative pharmacists of the Langhe wine region, add the healing properties of herbs and spices to the quality of the base wine.
