The grapes of this dessert wine come from vineyards located in three different areas of our estate. This peculiarity makes La Beatrice an extremely expressive Moscato, an aromatic triumph both on the nose and on palate.
Type: sweet semi-sparkling white wine.
Grape: Moscato (100%).
Alcohol: 6% vol.
Vinification: the grapes are hand-harvested, brought to the winery and immediately pressed. The quickness of this process is essential to avoid the loss of the aroma precursors. The free-run must is put directly in the autoclave where it ferments partially at a controlled temperature (14-16 °C). The secondary fermentation takes place in the autoclave.
Tasting notes
Sight: intense straw-yellow colour.
Nose: offers the classic Moscato notes of white peach, rose, mint and sage.
Palate: explosive yet balanced palate. Sweet but not cloying, with flavours of wild herbs, yellow fruits and freshly mown grass.
Service temperature: 8-10 °C.
Suggested pairings: perfect with desserts, it can be successfully paired also with aged cheese served with Mostarda.
Contains sulphites.
